Crafted on Denmark’s picturesque Bornholm Island using traditional cheesemaking methods, Kynthos Danish Havarti is a premium semi-soft cow’s milk cheese celebrated for its mild, buttery flavor and exceptionally creamy texture. During production, the curds are gently scooped from the vat before the whey is fully drained, creating the cheese’s signature small, irregular holes and smooth, elastic body.

Featuring a light ivory-to-pale yellow interior, Havarti is a versatile favorite that slices beautifully for sandwiches, melts effortlessly into hot dishes, and adds a rich, approachable flavor to any cheese board. Available in both Plain and Dill varieties, each offers the same luxurious creaminess, with the Dill flavor providing a fresh, herbaceous twist.
